Sweaty Mama classes offer a fun and effective workout without the worry of childcare. 45 minutes long, a mixture of cardio and body weight exercises where you can bond with your child at the same time and utilise them as a weight too! Work to your own fitness level in a non-judgemental, relaxed and friendly environment. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks +, toddlers and older children also welcome.
